Twelve Yakutumba militia fighters were killed near Lake Tanganyika in South Kivu in fighting between the militant group and the the According to the commander of the 1004th Army regiment Colonel Jaguar Rutarara, five other Mayi–Mayi Yakutumba have also been captured.
